CLAIMS

At Evelyn Victoria Cosmetics, we want you to always feel confident that you are receiving brand-new, fresh, and unopened products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are therefore unable to accept returns. However, if your products is damaged on arrival, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will review your case.

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service team via our contact email [Insert Contact Link Here]. To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, kindly attach a clear image or video showing the issue along with the batch number of the product.

Product defects refer to manufacturing-related faults, and claims cannot be accepted for incorrect colour choices.

Evelyn Victoria Cosmetics reserves the right to first attempt to resolve the issue by replacing the product. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for claims unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a dispute, we adhere to consumer protection regulations and strive to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.


RETURNS

If you are eligible for a refund for damaged product, please return the product in its original packaging. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns; you will need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself. Items are returned at your own risk, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once the claim is finalised, we will provide a return shipping address. To ensure a smooth return process, include a note with your name, order number, and email address inside the package. 

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. If your return does not meet our return policy criteria, we will notify you via email.
